Verdict is the brand under which the holder provides the services described on this website: Verdict Scan, Radiografía, Verdict 90 and its continuity.

The content of this website is for information purposes. The terms of each paid service are those set out in the scope and proposal accepted in writing before work starts.

Data controller

The holder named in the legal notice. For any question about your data, you can write to hola@javibenito.com.

What data is collected

Only the data in the Verdict Scan request:

  • The address of the store you want analysed.
  • Your name and your email.
  • The online sales range, the advertising spend range and the main concern you choose.
  • The comment, if you write one.
  • The date of the request and a technical marker of your connection, which is used only to limit abusive submissions and is not stored in clear.

The request does not ask for access, passwords or internal data about your business.

What it is used for

  • Analysing the website provided from outside, preparing the Scan document and sending it to you.
  • Replying to you and, if something is worth checking, discussing its results with you.

It is not used to send you commercial communications unrelated to your request or to build profiles.

Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the request (Article 6.1.a GDPR) and, at your request, taking steps prior to a possible contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the controller's email address.

How long it is kept

For as long as the request is being dealt with. If no professional relationship begins, it is deleted no later than 12 months after the last communication with you.

Who it is shared with

Nobody. The data is stored on this website's hosting server, contracted with Raiola Networks in Spain, which acts as data processor. There are no transfers outside the European Economic Area.

The website being analysed

The Scan only reads public information from the address provided. It does not enter private areas, make purchases or fill in forms, and it does not collect personal data about that store's customers.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing or portability, or object to processing, by writing to hola@javibenito.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

If you contract the Radiografía or Verdict 90

Access to your business data is governed by the data processing agreement signed before any source is connected, not by this policy.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies or use analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are served from the website's own domain, without connecting to third-party services. If measurement that requires consent is added in the future, your consent will be requested before it is activated and this section will be updated.
